QQSI and DC Sports & Talent Announce Strategic Partnership to Elevate Standards in Women’s Football

Qualitative–Quantitative Sports Intelligence (QQSI) and DC Sports & Talent have formally launched a strategic partnership to redefine agency and consultancy services in women’s football. By combining elite-level scouting and strategic intelligence with fully licensed player representation and career management, the partnership delivers an integrated solution for both clubs and athletes.

QQSI applies a data-informed, intelligence-driven approach to talent identification and club consultancy. Grounded in methodologies adapted from decision science and special operations, its model evaluates players holistically, factoring in performance, psychology, development potential, environmental fit, and long-term trajectory. Importantly, QQSI’s process applies equally to all players, ensuring unbiased assessments that clubs can trust, regardless of representation status.

DC Sports & Talent, founded by FIFA and FA-licensed agent Danny Carr, provides comprehensive support to professional athletes across contract negotiation, transfer execution, commercial strategy, brand partnerships, and post-career planning. Carr’s financial background and global network ensure disciplined deal-making, athlete protection, and access to world-class opportunities.

A Collaborative Model for Clubs and Players

For clubs, QQSI leads on scouting, recruitment planning, and strategic placement. Once a target is identified and validated, DC Sports & Talent manages negotiation and deal execution, ensuring both player readiness and professional delivery.

For players, DC Sports & Talent serves as the primary representative, while QQSI supports long-term strategic planning, career mapping, and club-fit intelligence. Because QQSI operates independently of agency pipelines, players represented by DC Sports & Talent are evaluated using the same criteria as any other player, removing conflict of interest and reinforcing trust with clubs.

Addressing a Structural Gap in the Women’s Game

This collaboration directly addresses several persistent challenges in the women’s football ecosystem:

  • Distrust in agent-led recruitment
  • Fragmented player support structures
  • Over-reliance on male-model systems in scouting and development

By aligning intelligence, representation, and execution under a transparent, integrated structure, QQSI and DC Sports & Talent aim to raise standards, close systemic gaps, and deliver outcomes that benefit all stakeholders.

“Women’s football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. We aim to build sustainable pathways; not just for players, but for clubs, coaches, and scouts as well,” said JC Griffin, Founding Partner, QQSI. “Partnering with DC Sports & Talent allows us to bring rigor, trust, and structure to a fast-changing space.”

“This partnership is about more than football; it is about creating an inclusive, high-integrity platform that empowers players and delivers value across the board,” said Danny Carr, CEO of DC Sports & Talent. “Together with QQSI, we are building a blueprint for the future of the women’s game.”

The strategic alliance reflects a shared commitment to equity, credibility, and sustainable investment in women’s football as it continues to grow on the global stage.
